The difference really comes down to taste. Clover honey is generally milder in flavor than wildflower, but equally delcisious.  Clover honey is a thick, sweet syrup made by honeybees that collect the nectar of clover plants, but will also contain a small amount of wildflower.  Its mild taste and lighter color make it a popular choice among honey enthusiasts.  Use in your tea or coffee, yogurt, or your favorite recipe.  Check out our Forum for recipes.
