Quality and Customer Service

     We strive to bring the highest quality products to our customers.  We never compromise and neither should you.  We want you to be 100% satisfied.  If there should ever be any problems, please contact us, and we can replace the items. 

     All of our products are natural.  Honey is a natural product created by bees and depends on nectar flows, location, and weather.  Honey will vary in color and flavor from one hive to another and from one season to the next.  Our "Home and Health" products use beeswax and/or honey and use all natural products, which can cause products to vary in sizes, colors, and scents.  

     We ship all of our products using UPS Ground services.  It is unfortunate, but our products sometimes arrive broken or damaged.  Should there be any breakage or damage, please notify us immediately.  We will replace your items, as soon as possible.

     We will ship your products, as soon as we can.  Please remember we are a small, family-owned business on a working farm in a rural area of Middleburg.  Sometimes there are delays such as inclement weather, shipping service issues, or sometimes we are just on vacation or taking a day off.  Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of items.  You should receive an automated email once UPS picks up the packages, so that you have tracking information.  If you have any concerns or questions or need something in a hurry, drop us an email at info@quailandhound.com, and we'll try to accommodate you.
